These past few weeks have been a whirlwind of activity. Between Aliyah's ballet recitals, end-of-year school events, and regular check-ups at the doctor's office, we've had our hands full. Thankfully, everyone is finally back on track health-wise, and we're starting to get everything ready for baby number two. It feels like there's always something to prepare—washing tiny clothes, organizing the nursery, and even squeezing in a few last-minute projects before life gets even busier. Some days, just getting to bed with my eyes open feels like a victory!

As I sit here folding tiny onesies and dreaming about late-night feedings and soft whispers of lullabies, I find myself oscillating between excitement and nerves. Mostly though, I'm filled with joy. There's so much anticipation in the air, but also a touch of uncertainty. When the moments come where I start to feel overwhelmed or unsure of myself, I remind myself to take a deep breath. Life moves forward whether we’re ready or not, but I can try my best to stay present and savor each moment as it comes.

I keep thinking about how quickly this time will fly by. Before long, this little one will be here, and everything will change in ways I can't yet imagine. For now, I'm trying to soak up every second—whether it's the quiet evenings at home or the chaos of getting ready for the next big event. And honestly? If I manage to eat a proper meal or finish a whole cup of coffee while it’s still warm, I consider that a win too!
