Abstract: Plaster is a commonly used topical drug. Adhesiveness is an important performance index of plaster, and it is an important factor that affects whether the efficacy of the drug can be properly played and whether it is convenient to use. 1 , meaning

4 , test equipment

4.1 Equipment Principle

The device is equipped with upper and lower chucks. The chuck is used for clamping the sample. The upper chuck can be moved according to the preset test speed of the device. The lower chuck is fixed. During the test, the two ends of the sample are respectively clamped on the upper and lower chucks, and the two chucks are moved relative to each other. The force value sensor disposed on the upper chuck and the displacement sensor disposed inside the machine will record the sample in real time. The force value and displacement generated during the process, so that Zui finally calculated the tensile, tearing, peeling force, deformation rate and other performance indicators of the sample.

4.2 Scope of application

4.3 Equipment parameters

5 , test steps

(1) Five pieces of a sample having a width of 25 mm were cut out from the adhesive portion of the plaster sample .

(2) Remove the protective layer of the sample, paste the sample in the center of the clean stainless steel plate, and keep the other end of the sample not attached to the stainless steel plate ( free end ) . The two sides of the sample should be the two long sides of the stainless steel plate. parallel.

(3) Rolling the sample surface four times in the longitudinal direction with a roller, and then placing the sample for 10 minutes.

(4) The free end of the sample and the stainless steel plate are respectively clamped in the upper and lower chucks of the device, so that the peeling surface coincides with the center line of the upper and lower jigs. (If necessary, increase the length of the free end of the sample by means of lap joints, etc.)

(5) Set the test speed, sample width and other parameter information, click the test option, the test starts, the sample peels off, the equipment records the force value and curve during the stripping process in real time. After the test, the equipment automatically calculates the peel strength of the sample. .

6 , test results

The peel strength test results of the five samples taken from the plaster samples were 7.01 N/cm , 6.98 N/cm , 6.87 N/cm , 6.95 N/cm , and 7.03 N/cm, respectively .

The adhesiveness of the plaster is an important property. The adhesive strength of the plaster is characterized by testing the peel strength of the plaster.
