Cultivation and Management of Mango-bagged and Grafted Seedlings

<

Cultivation of bagged seedlings: At present, most of the production uses bagged seedlings for planting. The cultivation methods include: 1Cultivating rootstocks in plastic bags and directly grafting into seedlings; 2Cultivating seedlings after grafting for survival and loading in plastic bags. The latter usually takes an anvil after grafting to survive, and the sprouting of the scion buds expands by 0.5 cm and the seedlings are bagged. The specifications of the plastic bag are 30 cm in length and 20 cm in width. It is packed into fertile topsoil or nutritious soil made of dry cow dung (or compost) mixed with topsoil 3:7. After the seed buds are piled, they are planted under shade or shade. Grafting seedlings management: timely watering, promote scion budding, 3 to 5 days wipe primary rootstock sprouts to ensure the growth of the buds. Whenever the scion pumping shoots should be sprayed to prevent disease, pest control. To protect the scion from being blown or knocked over by the wind, vertical sticks should be used to secure the scion. Other management practices are the same as those for rootstock management.
