While looking for that one lost image, I stumbled upon some really special photos I had completely forgotten about. These weren’t from last winter — they were taken in April 2004 during our honeymoon. Back then, I didn’t even know what a blog was, and I had no idea about iPhoto, Aperture, or Photoshop. I just had a cheap point-and-shoot camera, which wasn’t exactly cheap back then.
I just enjoyed capturing the moments we experienced. The landscapes, the sunrises, the nights — everything felt so magical. I didn’t think much about the quality of the shots, I just wanted to remember the feeling of being together, far away from home.
I loved every part of the trip — the early mornings, the midday heat, and the cool evenings. For anyone living in the northern regions, these photos might just give you a little taste of warmth and escape.
I can’t help but feel like I need a vacation again. Maybe I’ll start planning another one soon. Just not this winter…

I’ve been going through my old external hard drives, searching for those funny photo pages of Baby Blue from last winter. I haven’t found them yet. It’s surprising, considering how organized I usually try to be. But it turns out my photo collection is anything but tidy.
