Troubleshooting of the nanoliter syringe
The Nasheng 2010 Syringe is a microprocessor-controlled injection system that uses piston displacement technology directly. The metal ring mounting box is shown below. The glass capillary is placed in a white plastic ring pad. When the metal ring is tightened, the two black rubber washers are compressed and the glass capillary is clamped in a fixed position.

Because the piston is compressed, it enters the glass capillary to eject the liquid in the dripper. Eventually, because the diameter of the piston is the same as the glass capillary, it is impossible to eject more liquid. If the piston continues to press the tip of the dripper, the dripper may burst or cause the piston to escape from the white plastic ring pad. If this happens, it will inevitably cause the nanoliter syringe 2010 to leak.
