Natural heap fermentation

It was widely used in the intensive chicken farm for manure treatment in the 1990s. However, the method has high energy consumption, and improper treatment of the dry tail gas may cause secondary pollution. Therefore, when the livestock manure has a high water content or in areas where coal resources are scarce and environmental protection is high, its usability is limited.

Tower aerobic fermentation

The tower-type steel frame structure is used to transfer the fresh livestock and poultry manure that has been adjusted to moisture to the uppermost material flap of the tower. The feeding flaps are turned once a day to move the livestock manure from the uppermost layer to the lower layer of the lower layer. So analogously, the livestock manure is moved down from the uppermost layer of the tower. After 15 days of fermentation, the water can be lowered. Up to 40%.

The method has the advantages of good fermentation effect and small secondary pollution. However, its fatal shortcoming is that the main structure of the tower is steel structure, and the one-time investment is very large; the livestock manure is directly in contact with the material-bearing flap, the equipment is seriously corroded, and some even have safety hazards, and the fermentation tower has a short service life; Warming in winter requires aerobic fermentation to operate normally.

Biogas anaerobic fermentation

The manure from the livestock and poultry farm is used as raw material. In the biogas fermentation device, under the condition of isolating oxygen, the carbon element is finally decomposed into combustible gas (biogas) by the action of microorganisms. The biogas anaerobic fermentation method is suitable for treating liquid livestock and poultry excrement in the intensive livestock and poultry farm using a water-flushing (or blistering) decontamination process.
