It is understood that in the future, applicants who conceal the relevant circumstances when applying for a catering service license, applicants who obtain licenses by fraudulent or bribery and other improper means, and those directly responsible for the licenses whose licenses are revoked will be included. Catering services are “blacklisted” of food safety and will be penalized for “ban” in 1-5 years.

The relevant materials of the food safety “blacklist” include name, ID number, cause, punishment measure, start and end period, administrative punishment decision authority, administrative penalty decision number, catering service provider name, address, etc. .

The Zhejiang Food and Drug Administration pointed out that the “blacklist” content will be published on its portal website, and the public can check it online.
