With coke oven gas with a coke scale of 1 million tons/year as raw material, it can annually produce 20,000 tons of diesel oil and 30,000 tons of high-purity wax, with annual sales revenue of nearly 500 million yuan. Based on iron-based, cobalt-based catalysts and fixed-bed Fischer-Tropsch synthesis technology, this technology with independent intellectual property rights has developed multi-stage series, inter-stage separation, and post-reaction tail gas non-recycling processes. Raw materials produce clean fuel oil, high-purity paraffin and other chemical products. According to reports, the technology has now completed industrial tests. At the end of 2007, Shaanxi Jinchao Investment Co., Ltd. built a 1,600-ton/year industrialized pilot plant in Baoji, Shaanxi Province. On April 23, 2008, the company completed the process and produced high-purity wax and oil products. Subsequently, the project unit carried out tests under various conditions, and screened the model of the catalyst and the diameter of the reaction tube to optimize the process flow. On August 11 this year, three reactors began to run in series, and continued to operate for 90 days on November 9. The pilot plant has been running for 11,232 hours, and has obtained the basic data for the design of industrial scale technology packages, and the series of open and stop operation control programs. Technical achievements. In early November of this year, the industrialized pilot plant for syngas high-purity wax and clean fuel oil technology passed the 72-hour on-site operation monitoring and inspection organized by Shaanxi Science and Technology Department. The results of the pilot tests showed that the process has good running stability, the CO conversion rate of hydrocarbon-based feed gas can reach 80%, and the yield of paraffin and oil is R150g/Nm3(CO+H2).
