Researchers at the Institute of Physical and Chemical Research used eight experimental mouse embryonic stem cell lines and added trophoblasts and proliferation factors. A total of 63 differentiation induction experiments were performed, and five blood progenitor cell lines were obtained, three of which were erythroid progenitor cell lines. The researchers also asked the rats to develop severe acute anemia and then transplanted them into the erythroid progenitor cell line. As a result, 7 of the 8 experimental mice that received the transplantation survived, and 7 of the 8 diseased rats that did not transplant the erythroid progenitor cell line died.
