In the use of the medical vacuum negative pressure station system of the water ring vacuum unit, there will be more or less problems. After checking the system, the following problems are found in the system:

1. The vacuum pump is not properly selected. The vacuum pump is a domestic SK-6 water ring type vacuum pump. The pump adopts the packing packing type. After the vacuum pump is repeatedly started every day, the sealing is not strict, the water leakage is serious, and the pumping pressure is reduced, causing the vacuum pump to run every time. The time is prolonged, resulting in an increase in power consumption. 2. The vacuum pump intake system is not well designed. Due to the hard water quality in the north, the system circulates and cools the circulating water after several years of operation. Repeatedly, the valve body of the gas-filled solenoid valve is attached with scale and particulate impurities, so that the gas-filled solenoid valve is not tightly closed and the system operation failure rate is increased.
3. The installation of gas-water separator is unreasonable. In order to ensure that the cooling circulating water is controlled at 25~35°C, the original system adopts the method of continuous hydration discharge, and the average daily water consumption is estimated to be more than 13 tons, resulting in an increase in water consumption.
4. The cooling water circulation system is not installed properly. The vacuum water circulation system of the vacuum negative pressure station has a small connecting neck, low water flow speed and small vacuum pump supply, which makes the cooling water temperature of the negative pressure system often high, and further causes the scaling of calcium and magnesium ions in the water system. Vacuum pumping The ability to absorb is drastically reduced, creating a vicious circle.
5. The design of the control system is too simple. There is only double pump alternate automatic operation mode in the system, there is no single pump automatic control operation mode. If there is a single pump in the operation, the whole negative pressure system cannot operate normally.
6. The control voltage of the electric contact vacuum gauge is unreasonable. The AC 220V is selected as the electric contact control voltage. After the vacuum pressure gauge is operated for 3 to 4 months, the contact point of the electric contact point is poor due to contact with the arc deposit, resulting in a significant increase in the alarm and fault frequency of the negative pressure system.
