If the filter cake needs to be washed or air-dried, it can be carried out subsequently, and the unloading operation can be carried out without washing or air drying.

The third step of washing or air drying: after the filter cake is filled, the feed pump and the feed valve are closed. Open the washing pump or air compressor, slowly open the washing liquid or air inlet valve, and wash or air dry the filter cake. After the operation is completed, the washing machine or the air compressor and its valves are closed, and the unloading operation can be performed.

The fourth step of unloading the cake: first close the feed pump and feed valve, into the washing liquid or air inlet device and valve, and then press the "release" button on the operation panel, the piston rod drives the pressure plate to retreat, retreat to the appropriate After the position, release the “release” button, and manually pull the filter plate to remove the filter cake, and at the same time clean the filter residue stuck on the sealing surface to prevent the filter residue from being caught on the sealing surface to affect the sealing performance and cause leakage.
