(4) Soaking seeds with thiophanate-methyl 1000-fold solution or zein-zinc 1500-fold solution for 10-15 minutes can prevent seedling stage blight and damping-off from melon and eggplant vegetables. (5) Soaking seeds with 40% formaldehyde for 30 minutes can prevent the occurrence of melon bacterial blight. The above 1-2 agents can be used to disinfect the seed, pay attention to the leachate after soaking, and rinse with water several times.
