1 The opening of the furnace door should be convenient and flexible, and the furnace door and the furnace body should be closely matched.

2 When the furnace door is opened, in order to prevent steam burns, when the amount of steam is large, the exhaust fan should be installed above. The furnace door should be opened to automatically open the function of the exhaust fan. The oven with forced circulation fan in the furnace should be equipped with a linkage device that automatically opens the fan when the furnace door is opened.

3 In order to prevent pinching or burns, there should be an interlocking device that automatically stops the rotation of the rotating bracket when the furnace door is opened and the heating element is heated.

4 To prevent burns when removing the tray, a professional tray holder should be provided.

Tunnel furnace operation method
1 Turn on the main power switch and the indicator will light.

2 Turn on the front and rear temperature switches, and the indicator will light.

3 Adjust the temperature on the thermometer, the initial setting is 150 °C.

4 Turn on the tunnel furnace motor rotary switch.

5 Turn on the tunnel furnace speed controller switch (to the ON position), the indicator light will be on and the conveyor belt will run at the same time.

6 Adjust the number control knob to make the speed meet the needs.

7 After the product is produced, adjust the temperature according to its quality until it meets the quality requirements.
