Installation and commissioning

2. The feeder after installation should have a horizontal clearance of 20mm, and the suspension device should be connected flexibly.
3. Before the empty test, all the bolts should be tightened once, especially the anchor bolts of the vibration motor. It should be tightened once for 3-5 hours.
4. When the test is started, the two vibration motors must rotate in the opposite direction, and the stability of current and noise should be stopped in time.
5. The motor bearing is filled with grease once every 2 months, and the lubricating oil should be filled once a month during the high temperature season.
Maintenance and requirements of GZG motor vibration feeder: 1. The feeder should always check the amplitude during the operation, the current of the vibration motor and the surface temperature of the motor. It is required to have a uniform amplitude before and after, and the vibration motor current is stable, such as If abnormal conditions are found, they should be stopped immediately. 2. The lubrication of the vibration motor bearing is the key to the normal operation of the whole feeder. During the use, the bearing should be filled with two-fluid molybdenum 2# grease regularly, once every two months, and every month during the high temperature season. Once, repair the motor once every six months and replace the internal bearing.

Operational regulations
1. 3. Use: (1) After the machine is stable and vibrated, it can be operated with materials; (2) The feeding should meet the requirements of the load test; (3) The stop should be carried out according to the process, and the material should be stopped or stopped or stopped. Continue to feed.
