This product is made from Macleaya cordata (Willd.)R.Br, it is a green pollution-free plant extract. It has a strong antimicrobial activity and wide antimicrobial spectrum, it has antimicrobial activity against coccus, bacillus, gram-positive and electronegative bacterium, and it has a stronger antimicrobial activity more than commonly berberine hydrochloride and penicillin against some bacteria. Use this product can help livestock effectively antimicrobial diarrhea, simulative bile and pancreatic secretion. This product is safe and effective. It is easy to dissolve in methanol and ethanol solution.

History:
Macleaya cordata is used to treat scab, furunculosis and insecticidal destroy maggots for a long history in china,now widely used in medicine, biological pesticides, veterinary veterinary medicine, fine chemical products raw materials.Sanguinarine (pseudochelerythrine) is a potent inhibitor of NF-kappaB activation, IkappaBalpha phosphorylation, and degradation.Macleaya cordata contains several alkaloids including sanguinarine, chelerythrine, protopine, and allocryptopine.Our product, Macleaya cordata extract mainly constains with sanguinarine and chelerythrine.It was been show to be reversible inhibitors of the enzymatic hydrolysis of acetylthiocholine.It was reported that a study was made of a possible inhibitory action on the enzymatic hydrolysis of acetylthiocholine by human erythrocyte acetylcholinesterase of principal alkaloids isolated from Chelidonium majus L. and Macleaya cordata and microcarpa,and of drugs Ukrain and Sanguirythrine. Among all examined agents berberine, sanguinarine and Sanguirythrine were the strongest inhibitors of this reaction.Judging from the data obtained,sanguinarine and chelerythrine exert similar inhibitory effects on the reaction of enzymatic hydrolysis of acetylthiocholine.
