1 Use of screw press

1.1 The dry humidity and temperature of the oil before the press is suitable.

Different oils should be treated differently before being pressed.

1.2 After completing the preparation work before pressing, screw the screw shaft to the dead point and then return it to 3-4 turns to ensure a certain gap at the cake opening. Otherwise, the body will burst due to the sudden feeding of the cake.

1.3 Open the inserting plate, slowly add the material, and observe whether the cake is out of the cake. If it does not, you should continue to withdraw the screw shaft from the 1st and 2nd buckles; if the cake is not finished, you should stop the inspection and remove the fault. jobs.

1.4 After the extrusion, the thickness of the cake should be adjusted slowly. When the thickness of the cake is adjusted to 0.3-1.0mm, the handle bar can be adjusted to increase the feeding amount.

1.5 When the press is started, the output and oil yield are not high because the body is too cold. When the standby temperature reaches 60-70 °C (hot hands outside the body), it can work normally.

1.6 Within 1 to 2 minutes before parking, first close the inlet plate and stop the feeding, and withdraw the screw for 2 to 3 turns, increase the gap between the cakes, and discharge the residual residue in the casing.

1.7 When the machine is stopped for a long time (more than lh), the screw shaft should be pulled out to remove the residual cake in the machine and ready for re-pressing.

2 Maintenance

2.1 During the work, the condition of the cake should be checked frequently. If the cake is not smooth or the cake is stopped, the feeding should be stopped, the feeding material should be excluded, and the spindle should be slowly removed to clear the blockage.

2.2 Continuously remove the slag to prevent the oil circuit from being blocked. The recovered oil residue can be returned to the hopper for further pressing.

2.3 If the oil press fails, the screw shaft should be stopped immediately when the screw shaft is stuck. The inserting plate is inserted, the discharging plate is opened, and the screw shaft is immediately retracted.

2.4 Lubricate the parts regularly with grease and lubricating oil.

3 Common failures and troubleshooting methods of screw oil press

3.1 The screw shaft is suddenly stuck. The reason is that the feeding is too fast and the load suddenly increases. Second, the hard shell in the oil is dry and has a large resistance. Third, the gap between the cakes is too small, and the cake circle is not smooth. Fourth, the body temperature is low. The fifth is that hard objects enter the press with the oil. The corresponding method of elimination is to stop immediately and pour out the cake residue in the squeeze. The second is to remove the hard shell and adjust the moisture of the oil. The third is to adjust the gap between the cakes and polish the cake circle. The fourth is to increase the temperature of the body. The fifth is to pull out the hard objects and cake residue in the press.

3.2 There is an unusual scream. The first reason is that metal stones enter the body. Second, the fasteners are loose. The third is poor lubrication. Fourth, uneven feeding or excessively strong. The corresponding troubleshooting method is to immediately stop the cleaning. The second is to tighten the screws at each part. The third is to add lubricant in time. Fourth, the feeding should be uniform.

3.3 The oil yield is unstable. The first reason is that the dry humidity of the oil is not suitable. Second, the squeeze bar gap is too small or blocked by the slag. Third, the body temperature or material temperature is too low. The first method is to adjust the moisture of the oil. The second is to check the gap of the press, and adjust and clear the oil passage. The third is to increase the machine temperature or material temperature.

3.4 The cake is not smooth, the thickness is uneven, and the surface is not smooth. The reason is that the cake ring and the spindle cone are not smooth. The second is that the snail is not the same as the squeezing. The corresponding adjustment method is to polish the surface. The second is to adjust the concentricity of the snail and the squeezing.

3.5 Low productivity. The first reason is that the snail is seriously worn. Second, there are too many slags. The solution is to replace the parts. The second is to adjust the strip gap or replace the new strip.

3.6 The oil is turbid. The first reason is that the oil is too dry. Second, the body temperature is low. The solution is to adjust the oil moisture and increase the machine temperature.

3.7 Scum is serious. The first reason is that the strip is worn and the gap is too large. Second, the pressure on the squeeze is too high. The solution is to change the strip, adjust the gap, and adjust the gap between the cakes.

3.8 The cake is too thick, and the adjustment hand wheel cannot be adjusted. The reason is that the thread is blocked by the slag, and the debris in the thread should be removed in time.

3.9 The feed port is filled with oil. The first reason is that the gap between the strips is small and the oil content of the oil is high. The second is the blockage of the squeeze strip. The method of elimination is to properly adjust the oil extraction gap and clean the squeegee.

3.10 The belt slips. The first reason is that the belt is too loose and the tension plate of the motor bottom plate should be adjusted. The second is to bring the oyster sauce, the belt should be shortened and waxed.

3.11 Bearings and bushings are overheated. The first reason is that the lubrication is poor and the oil hole is blocked. The oil circuit should be cleared in time. Second, the spindle speed is too high, and the installation is not the same. The speed should be reduced and the concentricity checked.
