Research and Analysis on Cylinder Crawling of Beverage Filling Machine

<

A liquid beverage filling machine is a device for filling a container with a liquid such as a detergent, a chemical, a beverage, or a liquid. It can realize continuous automatic filling, manual operation in each process, and can fill containers of different heights and capacities. Its working procedures are as follows:

(1) After pressing the pneumatic signal, the piston rod of the liquid storage tank lifting cylinder A is retracted, and the liquid storage tank and the infusion tube are lowered;

(2) The infusion tube is inserted into each container, the filling valve switch cylinder B cylinder piston rod is retracted, the outlet valve of each infusion tube is opened, and the liquid is injected into the container;

(3) cylinder B piston rod extends and the outlet valve closes;

(4) The piston rod of the A cylinder is extended, the liquid storage tank and the infusion tube rise, and the liquid storage tank starts to replenish the liquid;

(5) The liquid storage tank and the infusion tube rise to the highest position, the left piston C cylinder rod extends, the right gear cylinder D piston rod retreats, and the conveyor belt outputs the filled container;

(6) The cylinder C piston rod is retracted and the cylinder D piston rod is extended, and the conveyor belt is input into the empty container. The beverage filling machine completes a work cycle that achieves a one-time filling of the container. In a working cycle, the cylinder B piston rod is realized by the delay control by the returning to the extended state, and the filling of the different capacity containers is realized by adjusting the delay time. Filling of containers of different heights is achieved by adjusting the signalling position of the cylinder A stroke valve. The time required for the reservoir to replenish the liquid and the output container must be controlled within one cycle.

The piston rod state transitions of cylinders C, D are also achieved by time delay control. During the operation of the beverage filling machine, the force driving mechanism of the cylinder output performs a reciprocating linear motion. In the pneumatic system, the phenomenon that the cylinder piston suddenly stops and stops due to the load and the supply of air is called "crawling" of the cylinder.

The beverage filling machine adopts time program control. If one or several of the above cylinders are crawling, the movement time of the cylinder will be prolonged, resulting in interference and malfunction of the beverage filling machine, such as filling container conveying. Not in place, material leakage or filling outside the container. In order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of this situation, this paper analyzes the causes of the crawling phenomenon of the beverage filling machine cylinders one by one, and proposes corresponding solutions.
